This game is developed by Malikoglu ("we"). We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run online matches and the leaderboard. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.

What we collect

Username — the name you choose yourself when you first play online. It is shown to opponents and on the public leaderboard. Do not use your real name if you prefer to stay anonymous.
Device identifier — a random ID generated by the app on first launch (not your Android ID, IMEI or advertising ID). It links your device to your account so your points are kept.
Game data — moves, results, wins, losses and points of online and training games.
Technical data — the server records standard request logs (IP address, time, endpoint) for security and abuse prevention.

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, location, or files. The game requests only the INTERNET permission.

Why we use it

to match you with an opponent and transmit moves between the two devices;
to keep your points, wins and losses and show the leaderboard;
to keep the service secure and prevent cheating and abuse.

Where it is stored

Data is stored on our own server (checkers.malikoglu.az) and transmitted over HTTPS. It is kept for as long as the account exists. Request logs are rotated regularly.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them beyond the self-chosen username described above.

Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your account and all data linked to it — username, points, match history — by emailing schamanx7@gmail.com with the username. Deletion is permanent and is completed within 30 days. Uninstalling the app also stops any further data collection.

Advertising

This version of the game contains no advertising and no analytics SDKs.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
