This game is developed by Malikoglu ("we"). We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run online matches, the leaderboard, advertising and notifications. We do not sell your data. We do share limited data with Google so the game can show ads, measure usage and deliver notifications — this is described in detail below.

What we collect

Google account details — if you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, your email address, your display name and your profile picture URL. We store them to keep your points, rating and match history attached to your account across devices. Your email address is never shown to other players and is not used for marketing.
Username — your in-game name (taken from your Google display name, editable). It is shown to opponents and on the public leaderboard. Use a nickname if you prefer to stay anonymous.
Device identifier — a random ID generated by the app on first launch (not your Android ID or IMEI). It lets you play and keep points before signing in.
Advertising ID — the resettable Google Advertising ID of your device, used by Google AdMob to serve ads and by Google Analytics for measurement.
Game data — moves, results, duration, wins, losses, points and rating of your games.
Ad activity — which ads you watched and when, so that rewards are granted correctly and the daily limit is enforced.
Notification token — a Firebase Cloud Messaging registration token, so we can send you the notifications you agreed to.
Technical data — standard server request logs (IP address, time, endpoint) for security and abuse prevention.

We do not collect your phone number, contacts, photos, location, or files.

Why we use it

to match you with an opponent and transmit moves between the two devices;
to keep your points, rating, wins and losses and show the leaderboard;
to show advertising and to grant the points you earn by watching a rewarded ad;
to send you the notifications you enabled (your turn, leaderboard changes, reminders);
to understand how the game is used so we can improve it;
to keep the service secure and prevent cheating and abuse.

Third-party services

The game uses the following Google services. Their handling of data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Advertising and your choices

The game shows a full-screen ad after every second finished game, and an optional rewarded ad you can watch to earn points. Ads are never shown during a game.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: before any ad is requested, the game shows a Google-certified consent form (Google's User Messaging Platform). You can change your choice at any time in the game: Settings (gear icon) → Privacy options.
Everywhere: you can limit ad personalisation on your device in Android Settings → Google → Ads, where you can also reset or delete your Advertising ID.
You can opt out of Google Analytics measurement by deleting your Advertising ID in the same place.

Where it is stored

Account, game and ad-reward data is stored on our own server (checkers.malikoglu.az) and transmitted over HTTPS. Data handled by the Google services above is stored on Google's infrastructure. Account data is kept for as long as the account exists. Server request logs are rotated regularly.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages but is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The game is not listed in the Google Play Families programme.

Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your account and everything linked to it — Google account details, username, points, rating, match history, ad-reward records and notification tokens — by emailing schamanx7@gmail.com with your username, or by following the instructions at checkers.malikoglu.az/delete-account. Deletion is permanent and is completed within 30 days. Uninstalling the app also stops any further data collection.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
